‘Tres Rios’ is a prime range of Ready To Cook, Culinary Solutions launched, manufactured and marketed by Petal & Leaf House Pvt. Ltd. | Food Processing Division. This brand is the brain child of Mr. Kishore George, who heads the organization as The Executive Chairman. Upon witnessing the increasing demands for Ready To Cook products in the culinary industry, Kishore with the support of his father Mr. George John (Managing Director) established Petal & Leaf House Pvt. Ltd | Food Processing Division in 2019 to cater to the surging demands from culinary industry.

The story of Tres Rios

Kishore George hails from the traditional and well known ‘Chemparathy’ family based in Thodupuzha, Idukki District, Kerala; whose family members are said to have contributed to the social, economic and political development of the land since the 1900's. Since Kishore's area of expertise lies in the Food & Beverage Management, he saw a tremendous growth of Ready To Cook, Culinary Products in the market.

During Kishore George’s 2.5 decades of professional experience in the Food & Beverage sector in India and the USA, he came across many instances where ‘Ready To Cook’ products played a pivotal role in terms of providing convenient and cost-effective products to the various HORECA establishments concerned.

Having had the longest association with renowned celebrity Chef Rajeev Menon, Kishore took his vision and collaboration to new heights where ‘Tres Rios’ began to take shape with a range of Ready To Cook, Culinary Solutions.

Since the inception of Petal & Leaf House Pvt. Ltd, a large hospitality fraternity spread around the world that Kishore George & his Team considers their valued treasures in terms of market research, identification of suitable ‘Ready To Cook, Culinary Products’, project development, marketing & sales etc.

Kishore, with his association with renowned celebrity Chef, Rajeev Menon, Founder of the famous culinary consultancy brand called ‘Food Coach’ who had noticed the lack of homemade freshness and taste with the currently available ready to cook, culinary products in the market. Chef Rajeev wanted to fill this gap, by developing a range of ready to cook, culinary products, which could satisfy the tastes of any culinary connoisseur!

This collaboration with Chef Rajeev was the breakthrough moment towards the birth of brand ‘Tres Rios’ range of Ready To Cook, Culinary Solutions.

Binu Joseph

Binu Joseph is a talented chef with more than 28 years of experience. He has worked with the Taj group of hotels in India and abroad as Executive chef before becoming Head of Operations at Petal and Leaf House. Binu believes that great food can be an expression of one's culture and background.

He is committed to provide quality and delicious food products and exploring new culinary trends and tastes worldwide, creating new recipes and flavours for the ever-expanding food industry.
